MY EXPERIENCE WITH TAROT
I bought my first tarot deck, the Renaissance Tarot, in 1993 and I have been reading for myself and others ever since. I remember crying the first time I read the cards for myself; they completely captured what I was feeling and experiencing at that time and offered me the clarity I was seeking. I have used tarot to help guide me ever since and they have never steered me wrong.
I began studying tarot more formally in 2010. In 2017, I started teaching tarot and it has become one of my greatest passions. I absolutely love connecting with people through tarot and sharing the wisdom of these truly magical cards. In 2024, I co-founded the San Francisco Tarot Society.
A MODERn APPROACH TO READING THE CARDS
My approach to tarot is down-to-earth and a mix of the practical, psychological, and spiritual. Overall, I believe in using the cards as a tool for empowerment. Though I never mind looking at the trajectory of the current situation, I do not believe that the future is fixed. If you make a change, your future will change with it.
To that end, I use tarot to examine energies around certain paths, people, and situations, and to help others get in touch with their subconscious and the deep well of self-knowledge that resides there. I like to think of myself as a tarot counselor, providing clients with an empathetic ear and a nonjudgemental approach to our conversations. Everyone has their own path, and it is my honor to use tarot to assist you as you travel on yours.
